FAQ
1. How often should I have my windows/gutters/exterior cleaned?
We recommend windows 2–4 times a year, gutters at least twice (spring and fall), and pressure washing once a year.
2. Do I need to be home during the service?
Not usually. As long as we have access to an outdoor water spigot and the areas being cleaned, we can get the job done without you there.
3. Will pressure washing damage my siding, deck, or driveway?
No, we adjust our pressure settings for every surface. We use high pressure on concrete and low pressure (soft washing) on siding, wood, and roofs to make sure nothing gets damaged.
4. What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high-force water to blast away dirt. Soft washing uses lower pressure combined with our cleaning solutions. We use this method on delicate surfaces like painted wood or vinyl siding.
5. How long does a typical job take?
It depends on your property size, but for a standard home: window cleaning takes 1–3 hours, gutter cleaning 1–2 hours, and pressure washing 2–4 hours.
6. Do you bring your own water and equipment?
Yes, we bring everything we need. All we ask is access to an outdoor water spigot.
7. What happens if it rains on my appointment day?
Light rain won't stop us for pressure washing or gutter cleaning. For window cleaning, we may reschedule since rain can leave spots on freshly cleaned glass — we'll always reach out to you if that's the case.
8. Can you clean second-story windows and gutters safely?
Absolutely. We use extension poles, water-fed pole systems, and properly rated ladders to handle multi-story homes safely and effectively.
9. Are your cleaning products safe for my plants, pets, and kids?
Yes, we use biodegradable, eco-friendly solutions and always rinse thoroughly when we're done. We do recommend keeping pets indoors while we're working.
