Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking or using any services provided by G&A Exterior Cleaning. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or engaging with our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
G&A Exterior Cleaning provides professional exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing for residential and commercial properties in and around Ocala, Florida.
Service scope, pricing, and scheduling will be confirmed prior to commencement of any work.
2. Booking and Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled by contacting us via phone, email, or our website contact form. We will confirm your booking and provide an estimated arrival window.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative date.
3. Pricing and Payment
Quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work differs from what was initially described (e.g., excessive buildup, additional areas, or access difficulties).
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via the methods communicated at the time of booking.
4. Cancellations
We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Access and Property Preparation
You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to all areas included in the service. This includes unlocking gates, moving vehicles, and securing pets prior to our arrival.
G&A Exterior Cleaning is not liable for delays or incomplete work resulting from restricted or unsafe access.
6. Liability
G&A Exterior Cleaning is fully insured. We take reasonable care in carrying out all services. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to windows, gutters, surfaces, or property
- Damage resulting from faulty or deteriorated fixtures, fittings, or surfaces
- Any indirect or consequential losses
Any concerns or damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
7. Satisfaction
We take pride in our work and want every customer to be satisfied. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
9. Changes to These Terms
G&A Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Marion County, Florida.
